Kelsey Stark

Kelsey is the Development Director for Family Service. Born and raised in rural Montana, Kelsey unquestioningly believes the saying, “it takes a village” is as relevant as ever. Kelsey trusts and understands that Billings and its surrounding areas can be the village that our individuals and entire community need. Kelsey has brought awareness and access to new heights throughout the state of Montana in her past two years of non-profit work and has managed an array of groups to their highest potential in assisting their community. When Kelsey is not in the community she is with her family and friends enjoying our beautiful state of Montana.
