Volunteers play a very important role in fulfilling our mission to prevent hunger, homelessness, and poverty in Yellowstone County and surrounding areas through community involvement.
Normal volunteer hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The schedule for seasonal projects may differ.
The minimum age for volunteering is 14, unless approved in advance by the Executive Director.

I am so glad to have Family Service for help! When I brought my four grandchildren into my home, I could not afford Thanksgiving or Christmas. But with the help of Family Service, we can have a wonderful turkey dinner…like everyone else!
