Personal Assistance

Vision Assistance

We believe that everyone has the right to see clearly and live fully. Our caring approach ensures that no one is left behind due to cost barriers.

Everyone has the Right to See Clearly.

Family Service has limited funding for vision/optical appointments. Our vision assistance program proudly collaborates with local businesses to ensure accessible and personalized care for our community. We coordinate appointments with trusted professionals and cover the costs of glasses, frames, and contact lenses as needed, bringing the gift of clear sight to those who need it most.

True Story

Tiffany and her baby

"

Before I had Emma, I worked three part-time jobs. As a new mom, I am shocked to find out how much babies cost. I am so glad that I came to Family Service because they helped me get a better job by paying for my CNA classes and now I work full-time. My grandma helps me with Emma when I am working, but even with that, I don’t make enough money so I get food help at Family Service and right before Emma was born, they gave me a layette. Thank you!
